Since everyone else posts their “progress” pictures every two seconds, it’s my turn. These are my results from not going to the gym, not drinking protein, not eating clean and not leaving the house. LETS DO IT TOGETHER.

Okay so yesterday I posted a picture of all my old depression pill bottles that I wanted to keep for creative purposes. You guys gave some great ideas but in the end i came up with something really simple that i’m pretty happy with. I used the cap from each bottle. The red caps represent the day i was strong enough to admit that i needed help, and the day i realized i was strong enough to end the medication and continue life like everyone else. As you notice, the caps start off black and eventually end up white.  This represents the transition from that shitty dark place to finally reaching brighter and happier days. It’s my physical evidence that things do indeed get better. It can also represent and explain that depression medication is NOT a “happy pill” as so many people expect and falsely claim. You don’t pop the pill and automatically feel happy again. It’s gradual. It takes time and it takes will. You have to want to help yourself. So if there is anyone out there who is suffering from severe depression, hang in there. Because when you get to those white caps you’re going to be really fucking proud of yourself. Also, I get a decent amount of message from people who are suffering with depression, so if you ever need someone for advice or just to talk to, always feel free to message me.
